Plot Donations
We have taken stock of our needs as a larp recently, and can now put up a list of items that we need donated.
In order to donate anything (and thus, receive the bribe for doing so) you MUST contact the owners first. That way you don’t go out of your way to get something for us here at Dying Light, and find out that someone else was taking care of it. Also, please do not donate anything if it puts you in any financial hardship. We don’t want you to put yourself out, either.
With all that said this is what we need.
Twin sized sheets to make monster tabards out of. Walmart sells twin-sized sheets for $2.96 each, for example. We need the following colors: Black, white, red, green, and Brown. You will receive 10 bribe for each sheet you victoriously present to us.
If there is anyone out there that is willing to sew tabards (so Sage doesn’t have to!) please contact her, and a bribe arrangement can be worked out, along with the specifics of the tabards needed.
Spell packets. We need them! You will receive 1 bribe point for 10 spell packets that are correctly made. We will not take donations of more than 300 spell packets per event (or playtest). We had to set a limit on how much we could take per person, per event because some of you are crazy.
Masks for monsters. We want the Plain white plastic face masks as can be found at Display and Costume, Joann’s, or Michael’s. The ones at Display and Costume are $2.70 each. We will give you 10 bribe for each mask.
Land. If you donate 15 acres of appropriately zoned land to Dying Light we will give you a 5000th skill point character, and free events for the rest of your natural life. (What the hell? It could happen….)
